- Position Profile establishes the job description and needs assessment for the position, which identifies the reporting structure, primary responsibilities, and all core objectives.
- Salary Profile clarifies salary bands, commission/bonus guidelines, benefits, and general compensation issues.
Phase II - Search Strategy and Action Plan
- Research Strategy identifies primary and secondary competitors, industry referrals, previously interviewed candidates, and potential companies that we are not able to recruit from due to partner programs established by your organization.
- Direct Recruiting and Advertising includes industry sourcing/head-hunting, on-line advertising, targeted networking, and a review of previously interviewed candidates.
- Interviews and Pre-Screening consists of initial screening of resumes, telephone interviews, preliminary in-person interviews, focused job-specific interviews, and behavioural interviews.
- Candidate Packaging includes professional resumes, comprehensive references, candidate profile assessments, psychological assessments, and salary/compensation guidelines for all candidates.
Phase III - Offers and Fee Structures
- Offers are the welcoming of the successful candidate to your organization. We will assist you with the development, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation of the offer subject to your human resource needs and requirements.
- Post Placement Follow-Up takes place within six months of the candidates start date. Our follow-up includes contacting you as the client, and the candidate who was placed in order to ensure a positive relationship.
